My Prediabetes Story

My health consciousness is deeply rooted in my family. Both my parents are diabetic, Which made me vigilant about my well-being.

As a preventive measure, I got regular check-ups every six months.

It was during one of these routine visits that I noticed a concerning trend: My reports showed I was moving into the pre-diabetic zone.

This early warning sign pushed me to act before things got worse.

Along with rising blood sugar, I experienced increasing weight and was also diagnosed with PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disease).

My research revealed that diabetes could worsen PCOD, So I knew I needed to take proactive steps to manage both conditions naturally.

My whole family, Including my father, Got infected, and his sugar levels shot up to 290.

Reversal Story
